Internal and External Brand Engagement

Est.2025 Google briefed Huge to extend the Googler Engagement brand to the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) community. The goal was to develop a bespoke set of community shapes that would create a unique, yet cohesive, brand for internal and external global culture initiatives.
The Googler Engagement team developed this design system specifically to help ERGs create assets for Heritage Moments such as Pride, Black History, and Latin Heritage. This modular system extends and evolves key elements of the Googler Engagement brand, providing the flexibility to incorporate authentic community expressions, event themes, and custom messaging into their assets. —In addition to developing the comprehensive brand system and design assets, we also established a brand playbook (guidelines) complete with ready-to-use templates (Google Slides and Figma) for the internal ERG teams.
